I can personally relate to both the stress and anxiety that often come with buying or selling a home. During my 26 years on active duty in the U.S. Coast Guard, I moved 10 times, all across the country. When that career ended, I returned "home" to this beautiful area, where my legacy of service continues. I have a passion for helping others by making the buying or selling process both exciting and enjoyable.

As a certified facilitator, I'm equipped to skillfully negotiate on your behalf. My commitment includes precise attention to detail — whether it's listening to the needs of a buyer, helping a seller prepare their home for the market, or simply understanding what's important to you and your family during this emotional time. As a strong communicator, I connect easily with any audience — lenders, contractors, inspectors, buyers, sellers.

Whether you're a first-time home-buyer, a growing family, or looking to downsize, you are my priority and I'll work tirelessly on your behalf. I'm living the "Goode" life in beautiful Goode, VA, but have also lived in Lynchburg, Amherst County, and Bedford County — and I service all surrounding areas.
